Hi,
it is a great pleasure for me to greet you on this site.
If you take the time to visit this site, it is surely because you wish
to know more about the professional activities and experiences of
someone who becomes an author so lately in life. And, I fully
understand this questioning! I am a retired person from the management
world who too often witnessed the enormous challenges related to this
activity and who wishes to bring a contribution to a sustained
management renewal. Until the edition of a first book on the subject,
my activities did not require any specific publicity. Today, I find
myself at the center of a publicity campaign for the first time in a
fifty year career! As it is the case for most ex-managers,
only a great desire to make its experiences and contributions to profit
can explain the pursuit of a career after so many years on the market
place.
My twenty-five years as a consultant added to twenty years as a manager
gave me the opportunity and honour to serve over thirty organizations
in various domains such as: Health, Education, Finance,
Hydro-Electricity, Transport, Construction, Lottery and Meteorology.
These numerous and varied commitments made of myself someone who never
takes anything for granted, someone who is always looking for the best
solution. This is probably what explains best my motivation to find
solutions to the increasing problems of our Society in the fields of
management and personnel’s wellbeing.
After all those years in management, I believed that the time had come
for me to contribute in finding solutions to recurrent difficulties of
our Society, organizations and personnel:

Why do our society keeps moving from one crisis to another? Financial
crisis, Economic crisis, Ecologic crisis, Health crisis, Etc…

Why do our organizations induce so much chronic stress and chronic
diseases to their personnel?
-
Why are we experiencing so many personal and commercial bankruptcies
year after year?
-
What lessons have we learned from the most recent scientific
discoveries in the fields of Quantum Physics, Chaos Theory,
Self-Organization and Microbiology that could improve our management of
organizations?

Could these discoveries be a source of inspiration for the management
of our organizations?
-
Are we realistic about dreaming of a better future?
-
What could this future look like?
A lifetime passion for the management of organizations and the new
sciences recently allowed me to identify the forces and processes which
are most influencing the life of our organizations.
